Seine River Cruise - Paris by Boat

On one of our last nights in Paris, we decided to take a river cruise on the Seine. We picked the perfect time -- on the way there, the sun was setting, in the middle we saw the Eiffel Tower light up from the river, and got the scenic night view of Paris on the way back!

Our boat for the night

Carol, Mom, and me ready to go!

Dance on the bank of the river..apparently, the most popular type on this bank is the Samba

 Hotel de Ville

One of the many lock bridges you can find in Paris (but not the one we put ours on earlier in the month)

Musée Orsay...remember that picture from the inside of the clock (see it here)? This is it from the outside!

And of course, the Eiffel Tower

I know it's blurry, but you get the idea, and pictures don't do it justice anyway!

Isn't it beautiful?

I'm so glad we ended up getting to do the river cruise, and I think saving it for the end of the month was perfect since we really knew what we were looking at already! We had a great time!
