Labor Day Weekend & a Razorback Game

For Labor Day Weekend, Kody and I headed to Lake Eufaula in Oklahoma to see some of our favorites! We always have a great time, Kent is always a perfect host, and this time was especially great because so many people made it out to enjoy the weekend!

We had a very patriotic boat :)

Our beach, that really shouldn't be a beach, but that's what happens with no rain all summer

We ate dinner in Eufaula Cove. This was our view from the deck -- Hurricane Isaac gave us a rainbow!

We spent all day Saturday out on the lake -- it was perfect weather!

It was a happy Labor Day!

This weekend, Kody and I got to play host to Kent for once! Kent and I headed to Little Rock to stay with Kody and go to the Razorback game. We all know how that turned out, and I don't want to talk about it except to say -- I'll be a Hog fan 'til I die and I hope all our players heal quickly!

Before the game!

My favorite picture of the day!

I've never been to a game day in Little Rock (never made much sense growing up five minutes from Fayetteville), so it was cool to experience a Razorback game day at War Memorial!

Skydiving into the stadium!
 WPS!

And that's all that needs to be said about the game. Afterwards, we had plans to meet up with my sweet friend Emily to see The Dirty Guv'nahs. I'd never heard of them until a few weeks ago when Emily and her husband Wade mentioned the show. They really were a lot of fun to see -- you should check them out if you get a chance!

Love her! Kody snapped this while we were trying to get a decent picture, but I love it! ha

In case they get famous, this picture proves we saw them before they were!

It was a great two weekends with so many wonderful friends! So thankful for them all :)
